COATED WEBBING

Nylon, polyester, or cotton webbings may be extrusion coated with a number of materials, including polyurethane and PVC.  The coating gives the product a host of characteristics that can fill many special applications.  Some examples of its unique properties include excellent abrasion and cut resistance, easy clean-up, chemical resistance, imitation leather, ultra high surface friction, and heat sealability.

COTTON WEBBING

TapeCraft has a long history of manufacturing cotton webbing, most notably for mil-spec applications.  Although much of the world has moved to various synthetic fibers for most applications, TapeCraft retains our special capability to produce cotton webbing where there is a need for a unique hand, appearance, or special requirement.  Cotton still offers unique advantages because of its soft hand, its texture, its rich matte finish, its water absorption abilities, and its elimination of static electricity. TapeCraft produces cotton webbings in a variety of colors, and finishes.

TapeCraft has developed many special fabricating processes to add value to our webbing.  We can offer webbing pre-cut to almost any length, and bundle the pieces as required.  We can develop innovative packaging techniques to ease manufacturing and reduce handling by customers.  We can even make sewn assemblies or have plastic parts molded onto our webbing.  Furthermore, we can extend our machine design capability and experience to our customers by developing custom machinery available for lease to help automate our customer's operations.

TapeCraft offers a wide variety of polypropylene webbing to fit all sorts of applications -- any pattern, any width, any color, and including custom designed Jacquard patterns.  We have the largest selection of UL approved webbings in the market.

To give our customers an economical alternative, TapeCraft also offers a line of imported webbings from qualified suppliers.  We have set up a stringent test and inspection program to ensure TapeCraft's quality standards are achieved, no matter where the webbing was produced.
